There is a little boat called an aqualark (I think this is the american name). I have seen quite a few on the side of the road. They are a very small 1 person boat designed to be run with a very small outboard. They would be perfect with a little modification, but may have to find out what they call them here. Very cheap also.

Everything done on scrapheap challenge is a massive pile of shit, despite the fact good components are dropped in front of them they still manage to fuck it up.

In regards to the specific issue of jetdrives on the show power is one small part of the problem. Jetdrives require a lot more power then props. But it's not the only issue, they also require fine tolerances between the impellor and it's liner, a concept which those numpties seem to not understand.

Exactly, I also remember seeing one where they had this fucking tiny inlet for the impeller and the thing wasn't even fully submerged!!

ps, i have a complete gsxr1000 engine with everything needed to run it! (just needs a new clutch basket)
