As others have said flip the headrest. There is one small issue with this though. When the headrest is flipped around, while it slots into the seat it DOESN'T lock in. I'm sure this will be ok but I'm going notch my headrest out so it will lock into place when flipped around.

UPDATE 2: Subaru says the site went "live" about 12.45 eastern time with the first customer starting the buying process at 12.50 and completing the transaction at 1.09pm. It says 50 cars were sold in the first 90 minutes.
The last car was bought at 3.47pm, the car maker said. The next shipment of unsold vehicles is not due until next year.

Good idea! Just went outside to try. No luck. The notches are on the right hand side. Just need to do the same to the other side.

So, is this a "real" design feature? I assume you could do this on any car with adjustable headrests

I managed to trick the server by accident and get around the ajax issue

I ordered a white manual premium for cracka before the dealer could.

1 month wait indicated. delivered to the dealer where he was standing with the salesman.

                      No.

With interest, he will pay $50k for a $16k car (in 3 years).

Does that make you feel better about yourself?

                            Wheels performance figures are in:

                            0-100 7.0 seconds (but needed a 2-3 upshift at 98km/h)
                            0-400m 15.0 seconds @ 156km/h
                            80-120km/h 3rd gear 4.9 seconds

Just by way of comparison using other numbers pulled from the same issue, that is about half a second slower than a Megane RS on both the standing starts and 0.7s slower in-gear. Or to make another comparison from the same issue, that is about 0.6-0.7 faster than a 3.0 litre Commodore sedan from a standing start but only 0.2 faster in-gear.

haha, wat? I paid 34k for an 86 instead of investing the money wisely so in lost opportunity i'll be up for much the same, I was just confused why you/cracker (or anyone) would option up a cheap(er) car to the tune of paying 30% more than the base model.

I think you have me confused with someone else. I don't rate VE Commos at all.
