Dale didn't have the right gauge wire..
basically the blue ones are +, white is - and black is earth.
He's just going to twist them together by hand to make 3 wires then use some electrical tape to "install" it.

It's a patch loom that goes between the stock Toyota ecu and loom then the Haltech gets joined in there..
