Redbucket.... I didn't have a go at Dales pricing.
I just asked him to look at avo pricing.
I thought the avo turbos were garret cores.
No problem Dale, thanks for clearing that up

Pricing sounds good Dale. Only fuckwits don't see the value in a locally developed product with local australian support who also wield a spanner, on the phone any time they like. Proper materials and experienced worksmanship with after sales service and top shelf products used.

Right on the money interact. Anyone is welcome to price up working fb25's and a real price for conversion...not Internet bullshit talk.

So I have discovered the ralliart colt forum is the biggest anti-toyota 86 place on the internet. Its sooo ironic

Most have them feel a Hyundai Veloster would be a better bet.. Can't wait to get rid of the colt just to not be associated with that mentality!

but i wont use chinese shit turbos on something like this,, the garrett ball bearing turbo is around $1500 more than the cost of a shitty chinese turbo that puts it up to $5200 odd.. then add haltech, tuning, injectors and installation and your up to close to $9000.. which is around the price point im trying to get it too..
Dumb question but does it void the warranty ?

Well in general not specifically your kit, for the dealers in Melbourne are saying $10K - $12K to get a kit from the States but nothing is said about warranty

Hey, this is what the dealers are saying to people down here....people have been asking the question will a faster version come out later or during the waiting to build period. Some are even given details on kits available and saying some will be be covered by warranty but there is nothing from Toyota/Subaru...

                        Cracka,
AVO is Australian. Well the kit is. Developed in Vic.
I like where the AVO turbo is mounted, seems that is where the new factory turbo Subarus are being mounted.

Its nothing even remotely close to factory legacy mounting dude. Not even in the same ballpark.

Legacy: Close to block, cam driven oil return pump, etc.

I call bullshit. No way a dealership cnut will say "go buy this bolt on turbo kit I know nothing about, you'll still ahve factory warranty". Even the dumbest of salesperson wouldn't say that without having sworn testimony from Toybaru backing them up.
