What happens these days when you get pulled over by plod and they ask to look under the bonnet?

    Serious response

Rego no problem. Its 5 years now without a pink slip. Then it's no problem anyway.

Getting pulled over. Never happened to me as I don't drive like a dickhead on the road. Drove past a cop car today in my 260z which very loud (fuck triple webers sound good). The copper looked out and pretty much gave me an approving nod.

Indeed and a good reason to keep it on prius tyres (TM)-HRD, if it slides at sane speeds then even more joys to be had.

If I didn't already have a 2door lightweight NA sports toy I'd be considering one too

Yeah it wasn't my first preference but I wasn't willing to wait months for another colour. It matches my 4 other black cars too :knock:

Just ordered some Eibach Pro-Kit springs, 1" lower makes it look like it should have from factory. I'm on the lookout for some nice OEM wheels like Subaru multispokes or BBS rims at the right price (cheap).

Could not agree more. Any decent car with sports car pretentions and high performance tyres should corner so well that trying to drive it to anywhere it's limit is impossible on a public road with reasonable safety. Anyone who thinks that does not apply to them needs decent lap time track type experience.

That's not to say that such a car can't be fun to drive on a public road, it can. Just keep it in perspective

I like that ducktail type rear spoiler on the car snapped at Toyota HQ. Is that a factory option? I thought the factory kit was only the Rice and the Furious style one?

Yep TRD kit, the rear spoiler can be purchased separately for around $460 landed painted in white or black only and a bit less unpainted for other colours.

Those brakes are over 10K in aussie dollars.

Nothing until they find it:p, legally it should be engineered and pass the IM240 test at least in NSW anyway.
