          price was right, and if i like it will get something more serious next time.... and yes, only 16" i could find...

              therein lies the problem. none of the mainstream rally tyre manufacturers have made 16's for years. closest you will find is mud/snow tyres from somewhere like tirerack.

                D'oh, worked for me a minute ago... Nameless Performance are building a GT86 for RallyAmerica series, with Wil Orders driving. Whole bunch of mods that are only legit under the US rules (such as turbo), but should be an OK thing. There's a bunch of photos on the Nameless Performance page on Facebook.

                        1st in class and 2nd overall out of 17, up against various turbo cars including a modded Golf GTi, modded Evo 7 and modded R32 GTS-T

                        Not bad for a "slow" car :w:
