Yeah I need to get the name out there a little more and get all of the fanbois on board! Should have one for the 07-15WRX shortly too along with many jap offerings by March next year. I've been working on some longer term marketing that should pay off soon so hopefully that helps build the brand.Originally posted by MZ21 View PostYou'll also need an awesome clutch kit, but you have that covered!
Works like dream with about 1,500 KM's on it so far.
Even my cheap HD replacement seems to be holding 240kw atw happily and keeping cars downshifting to 2nd markedly easier than OE! :D
Happy to wait! It could be this time next year and i'd be content! (i'm one of those think and plan lots when $$$ involved kinda guys)Originally posted by IMOA View PostI sold mine to a mate for just under wholesale, he's only planing to keep it for a little while and it would be pretty good for what you want (standard non thrashed engine, Murray Coote suspension and lots of bushes). Are you in a rush or no problem waiting a few months?'10 Forester Diesel 6Spd - Slow and sensible

We're 4 years in now so it's much easier however the pricing was pretty sharp to begin with so there's not a lot of room to move. Big savings are in second hand market, first deliveries were 3 1/2 years ago so a heap now starting to come off lease so the secondhand market is flooded, there's some good buying there now.Originally posted by Captain_Slow View PostWhat's pricing like on these cars nowadays? Presuming now that demand is dropping off, the early days of "pay full RRP and wait many months" are long gone?

Took forever to sell mine. I really liked the car but at the same time I'm glad I sold it.1988 AW11 9A-GTE - project #1 | 1984 MA61 1JZ-GTE - project #2

Toyota website reckons a manual 86 GT is $33,696 driveaway in the ACT based on RRP of $29,990. Would it be too much to expect to get on road costs knocked off? Even then it's probably more than I'd be willing to spend.
Agree on the second hand market though - noticing fairly low km 2012-13 cars are plentiful at the $23-25k mark and 2014 cars a little more as you'd expect. $10k off new seems a pretty reasonable (but not outstanding) saving.
