You'd think the yanks would have a viton coated steel gasket(or something) available.

mahine back of the pump for wire O-ring possible??? I think I still have a KEAS modded C4 pump/stator laying around among my shit when I was playing with autos some time back.

what makes T400 > C4 > JATCO. Would have thought that they were all in the same ball park when modded.

Is it the rollerised bearings in the T400? BTW extreme rotaries are now doing a chev pattern adaptor plate.

Had heard JATCO's are a rip of the C4. If the bellhousing is a "bolt on" then this just proves it. An old FF&R mag said soemthing about the rotary bellhousing putting the C4 on an angle.

I have heaps of dead C10's laying around btw.

....and I have no idea why so many rotor people are die-hard manual fans.

the jatco bellhousing bolts straight onto the motor but not the box 100%. I think it was two bolt holes from the bellhousing bolt onto the C4 but as you said it puts the C4 on a slight angle, in our case i had the bellhousing machined to fit the C4 snug and allow the box to be level. As far as the difference between the boxes, the turbo 400 in my opinion is the pick for strength and the fact they are so commonly used in performance applications.
