I saw a couple of foreigners leg it across the track during a run to get to the infield for photos too, obviously no one cared about that either although personally I thought they were pushing the boundaries a bit.

Thought the look on this guys (girls?) face in the lead blue S15 was pretty funny, seems to be pleasantly enjoying the ride

You'd want to be pretty farkin sure that the rear wing was at bottle-height, and not hand-height

Work Meister CR01's were on a few cars there, look surprisingly good on S13s. Only come in 15 inch diameter though AFAIK..

                      A few more...

The first pic shows how close the more advanced guys were getting towards the end of the day, I think in this pic they were either touching or had bumped together and separated a bit...

Second pic shows a big hit which happened before we got there, the owner looked liked he was attempting to get it drivable again but gave up and was put on a flat bed truck..

Third pic shows the turn out, was decent. I had no idea this event was put on by and Aussie(?) guy as sort of a drift driving tour for tourists, hence the above average numbers of gaijin The times I've been there before it was literally me, Jesse Streeter and old mate Laurence as the only foreigners..

Work Meister CR01's is what they where hey. Yeah they looked hot! never seen them in aus before.....i suspect the 15inch only might be the reason.

Damn straight! I wouldn't want mine doing the testing!

Way to go L, was going to ask you if you got any footage of it before we left but forgot. That little P&S cam takes a decent vid too.

                              A few more pics...

In the first one if you look really closely you can see vet180 crapping himself

Unfortunately that video was actually out of focus, but a little sharpening in Premiere and YouTube's compression has saved it!
                                Here is another angle
