          ahh, I heard 2 cars came together at high speed... I wanted pics/details to figure out how that could happen at a sprint day (assuming it was a sprint). Crash into a wall is not of as much interest to me.

            That sort of crash seems to happen a lot with the four wheel jivers, back in the pre rebirth Lakeside days WRX's used to do that regularly coming out of the Karaussel. Looks like EMO's have taken over that role.

              Same thing happened to a brand new Gt3 about a year ago.

                    Makes me thankful to have gotten away with my 100mph tank slapper at the exit of T1 a few years ago.... bruised ego, and only slightly bruised car (still not fixed that panel LOL).

                      a mate broke his (or part of) pelvis about 4 years ago sky diving. He still limps and gets pain in cold weather.

                          Aint that the truth, back when I was in the WRX club, there were alot of stacks like that. Two wheels in the dirt and snap sideways - grip the track and spear into the opposite side.

                          Saw two at Morgan Park and one at Lakeside - Hungry - speared into the outside wall in that case

                            Hmm, maybe it was the T4 incident he saw then.

                            Best bet for your average punter in an AWD car is to put in the clutch, hit the brakes and steer as best you can for where you want to go with no throttle.
