So following on from my Lakeside effort I made the trek out to QR to watch a few mates lock the hubs and put their race cars into 4H around the goat track commonly known as Queensland Raceway.
First thing's first. I am awesome. I unmasked the Stig. No foolin.
He drives a Radical
Mong00se's 500+rwhp FD RX7 which I was assisting in spannering and taking photos of.
It's a well sorted, high powered, mental patient approved car
Serious R32 GTR parked next to us had a serious dry sump system. Seriously.
Radical lost its undies after sex
Serious brakes on a very unassuming four door E30. More on this later.
Mint 325is in the carpark
Another unassuming four door E30, owned by the same guy who owns the bronzit one featured earlier. This one is packing an RB25.
Iain Curry from Performance BMW was on hand to do a photo shoot of a few of the E30's for the magazine.
Pierz from RX Automotive's 2.8 stroker M20 track pig. Sounds good. Goes better.
All sorts of stuff out on the track giving lots of variety for the punters watching

Jumped in Rod's E36 325i and took the camera along. Lots of helmet to camera donking attempting to hang the fuck on

Very quick, very tidy, very sexual supercharged E46
R35 GTR. Looks slow in this shot. Isnt.
The back end of the unassuming E30 four door from earlier. Needs the rubber.
Cause its packing an LS1 :D Had a corker engine bay shot that somehow dissappeared from my SD card
Lots of variety on the day, some very nice cars giving it arseholes all day
Bee30 was charging hard
Lotus Exige turned up later in the day. Supercharger note was ear piercing as it went past
Lovely old Porsche. Was a bit off song though down the front straight.

Rod's E36 325i. Lightly modified, super reliable, excellent all round car.
Supercharged M Coupe from Macleans Bridge show giving the car some serious herbs onto turn 6. Wasnt to end well though.....
Snapped this cause I thought it looked like a dream garage
Until I heard tyres protesting, stuff scraping and stones being hurled all over the joint. Swing the camera round in time to get this....
Fark
While the cleanup was happening I went back to snapping other stuff around the joint like the front end of the dry sumped GTR
And serious flares on the LS1 E30
By this stage the track had been cleared and cars were out again. I think it was less than one lap before this E30 nearly ended up in the same spot as the M Coupe but recovered in time.

E30 drags were kind of overshadowed by this guy in his SR20 powered E30 having some fun
Next group rolls out with a very tidy JPS rep E30 323i

Shifted positions to get a few different pics and check out the mangled M Coupe.
Will totally buff out. Maybe.

Couple more of the Bee30 and Rod's E36 to round out the day
So on the back of this day out the 2JZ Free30 has been booked into RX Automotive for a full bush replacement, coilovers, wheel bearings and some other goodies to go and have a crack at this lap sprint malarky :D
