It's usually the homeless guys the car yards get to chamois the cars in the lot every morning after just rinsing them with a harden hose.. Normally the factory finish has so much peel that you don't notice the swirl. Seeing it looks pretty flat suggests that it might have already been refinished either by the yard or the factory.

Car-nerd kudos to the first person who can work out what kind of car it is from the pic posted

Depends on what part of the car that is, looks like the roof, with a spoiler on the left.

I agree, and that probably means we're looking at some sort of hot hatch. 3 MPS comes in a colour like that I think?

Whoever guesses correctly can detail the car for me.

Definitely shouldn't be there. Most "detailers" at dealers have no fucking idea and hence these swirl marks usually come from them touching the car. Poor wash practices, incorrect polishing techniques and so on. The problem is that when you take it back and ask them to fix it they don't have a clue how to rectify it either.

If I were you I would get it corrected at another detailers and send the dealer the invoice. I've heard of this happening a lot.

This is exactly why I instruct the dealer not to detail my cars before delivery.

Ill be taking it to someone and sending the dealer the bill.
I just have to find someone decent to take it to.

                              Nope.
Company has already been mentioned, which kinda gives it away.
