indeed, waaay back in the day when crewpeoples were 1st released they were high on my list of dual cab utes to check out (being a holden ute owner and all). So fro and I( and our respective nopics) went to the sydney motorshow , and attempted to sit in the back of one...

Went down to try out a crewman, i adjusted the drivers seat to be comfortable for me (6'2") (maybe 1 click forward of normal position) and had trouble sitting in the back. You could sit there, but only to for a short drive. Then i tried the baby seat in the upright (todler) position. No fit behind the driver, and as we are having another baby in 3-4 weeks it would need to carry another baby seat in lye down position. Takes up more room. So it's a no go.

Yeah, and for some reason they are still really huge cars despite not having any cabin space.

                    It is smaller.

I went back to nissan and decided to look at the 2wd 4 door d40. New price is under $30,000 drive away. Only downside is the motor has less power, even tho it is the same turbo diesel motor in the 4wd. Might need to see if it can get retuned.

I ended up buying the 2wd navara d40 with tray liner, tonneau, towbar and met paint (black) for $30,840 drive away. I will get some 20" wheels for it and tint the windows. Should keep me out of trouble for a while.

Wish everyone would just buy a D40 and stop making these ute desicion threads.....would be so much easier :D
