      507.00 is the rating. If it doesnt have it, good luck if you have engine troubles and want to rely on a warranty. I still do them at 10,000km though, not waiting till 15,000 or longer like you can.

            recently worked for VW parts, it's rating 507-00 or it's equivalent. good for the petrol and diesel engines.

            Castrol make it for VW which is why it's labelled that way, it's Super Longlife III something something bla bla

            We were retailing a 5L for approx $90, not $125 like some other places must do re: post above.

            One of the first non-VW groups to come out with the early 504 and the 507 I think was Fuchs. It has other rating numbers/names with other manufacturers. Low-ash and all that for vehicles with DPFs.
