Have you checked the new Mazda CX5? I could try ask a friend of mine who works at a dealership for a good deal on the CX5, Dualis or Xtrail if you want. PM me.
Deutsche Bahn Rail: Trains are a great way to get lots of people concentrated into a small area, like a camp.
ACA/TT: Where's the line between a car enthusiast and hoon? There is none
Can't have any whoosh as oldest kid will get lisence in a couple of years and inherit this...
I like the iX35, wife likes the Veloster too... She has a rather deep seated dislike to Korean cars. I'll try to talk her into some test drives as my thoughts are disregarding a car based on make can be silly (great wall aside?).

Thanks for replies thus far gents
hyundai has really lifted their game in the last few years, go drive one, i beat the living hell out of my ix35 .. (they call them tusons here) ... its diesal FWD, ive taken it 4x4'ing (serious shit it should not have been able to handle, just momentum drove the fuck out of it), smashed it into shit, it got picked up in a flood and floated 100m down the road, straped fireworks to the roof and ghost ridden it, havent serviced it in 50,000km just toped up oil ... the cunt wont die
Someone I know bought one a few months back, seems happy with it. For mine I can't see what it does that a normal-ride-height hatchback doesn't do better.
Funnily enough an engineer who came out to repair some broken shit at work last week has one of those X200 things and rates it quite highly. He's definately a cluey bloke and seems more than happy with his china 4x4..
Spindoctor... I'll shoot you a pm if we go that way ok, thanks very much

good point lol.
I havent tested them myself even though I work at a dealerhship as they're very new. I was told by the sales guy they dont have much grunt and the skyactiv engine, I dont know...stop/go is something you need to get use to.
i'm sure its a better drive than say a $25k dualis but you gotta be asking yourself... is it worth the difference? also you can get kia sportages for around $25k too if you don't want 4wd and aauto
they're still a little fwd girl truck
i know some of you will go... oh but a mazda/skoda/vw is well worth the difference... is it? esp. to a woman?
