2WD Hilux. One of my brothers has one, and it's unkillable.
His is a '96 - I borrowed it once and had to pump the throttle a couple of times to get it to start.
Didn't think more of it for a while, then realised - how the fuck did Toyota sell a carb'ed new car in 1996? It was even the 22R - i.e. bloody similar to the 18R in my '74 Corona.
Seems to run ok anyway, and it least it's more easily fixed than EFI.
