    I know stepping up to 2 1/2" from 2 1/4" on my XY made a huge difference on my setup even before the big cam.

      Thats a nice combination and would be real fun on the street with a top loader behind it not to mention it probably sounds awsome .

        Thing to consider with anything bigger than the 185CHIs is you need to buy a manifold too, so that's another few hunge.

        You can still keep 2 1/2" or 3" quiet, just need a few big mufflers

          CHI have a 190cc 2V head as well. I went with them as I already had a 2V Funnelweb manifold.
