Dale- those are the factory side steps on mine as well. I got told it was getting Kingsley steps from ARB but these ones ended up on it. I don't care.

If you are thinking genuine tub liner I was told that they couldn't give me a timeframe for delivery so went ARB instead. Looks alright.

Looks identical to a Ssangyong - do they share the platform?

Lots of trolling from the king of broken door handles.
If it wasn't for SSangyong's corporate stability I'd actually look at the new ones, hoping they drive better then they look. In theory they would be OK to drive, but like I said, Ssangyong's habit of going broke every 48 hours tends to stuff things up.

Shared with DMax I think. Different engines though.

              Another pole smoker calling troll...

SsangYong Korando (original) and Isuzu Trooper were the same car (licensed) - it has a precedent.

You're thinking of the Korando family, the original Korando was based on the CJ7. Regardless, the current Actyon ute is unrelated to the D-max, unless Isuzu uses a 2L diesel and coil springs in the rear, and has a payload of LESS then 500kg! WTF is the point of that ffs?

believe me when i say these things have PLENTY of room for movement on the price, there is a metric fuck ton in margins on these, far more than triton/hilux/ranger/nav... only found out as i have family and friends who are shady car salesman at various dealerships.

for reference i went into suttons and they quoted me just shy of 68K RRP for the package i wanted. then playing dumb i ask for best price and come back with 63k and "that only leaves me $500 commission best i can do buddy" standard car dealer response. as they pull down the sunglasses and try not to smirk too much.

trim all the fat and it was 50k :rotflol:

Does it come with rear sensors? See any need to fit them?

The yanks are starting to put 2 cameras on their trucks... one normal reversing camera plus an extra one angled down for make hitching a trailer easier.

Are rear sensors even available as an option yet? I know the cameras aren't.

The LTZ 4x4 pressie I drove had rear sensors.
