I'm down over $20k on a Mustang that a fuckstain had for 10 years and all I got was 10 years of fucking lies while he blew my money on the pokies. I've chalked that one up to an expensive lesson. Cuntbags will always lie, and if you're not around to chase them up regularly, it's not easy to keep it in check. Needless to say, it fucking hurts everytime I see a mustang.
Anyway, point is, it sucks, and karma fucks them in the end. Good luck getting it sorted Bev"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

This is why I try to do as much as I can on my own cars, too many people bitten, and too few people to trust.Envy is Ignorance, Imitation is Suicide - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Same. Not regretting one bit the $ I've spent over the years on tools / machinery.Originally posted by JayTHEgayman View PostThis is why I try to do as much as I can on my own cars, too many people bitten, and too few people to trust.
Personally, I'd be wrapped to be able to do work on an old super tourer like bev's.

Yeah, is part of why I do everything myself - partly cos I can't trust workshops anymore, partly cos I cant afford to pay "professionals" to do their halfassed botched jobs.Originally posted by JayTHEgayman View PostThis is why I try to do as much as I can on my own cars, too many people bitten, and too few people to trust.

It is just the way it looks on this thread, is that you paid him a long time ago mate.Originally posted by BeverlyHillsCop View PostI guess? however long it takes StGeorge to send through to Commonwealth...
Wasn't he trying to get money off you for a long time?
To be honest, why didn't you contact him or go over and see him....instead of allowing a thread like this to happen.
I have known your car for many years, right from the time it was running in the Super Tourers. I really do admire you for taking on the restoration of a car like this, but it is seriously a massive job.
Some of the things said on here are down right terrible, and some people should be ashamed.John Boston
