I didnt bother going further with trying to get it in at Bates because its near impossible to get a spot in there... The original plan was for fuckwit Brad to let me know when his shop was empty so he could work on my car and not need it sitting around... but I guess we know how this ended up....
Of course I would have loved to have taken it to Bates, especially since the car would only be down the road and take me 15 mins to get there... but like i said... try and get a spot in there.../csh RacingComment

Just read through this, what a headfuck. I can only assume and hope that the shop involved learns from this. It's a common trap to take on too much but the real concern is the bullshit fed back to the owner and its snowballing effect.
+1000 for getting Dunbar to do the work but understand he is a busy boy. If you get stuck for the fab work let me know and can ask some local guys that build some cars in the pointy end of Nc and Nb. They do a great job and the family have been in the business for decades.
