Interesting. Article alludes to the fact engine development is already underway. Must have had a fair degree of confidence in this going ahead to spend the money, and/or the deal was done a while back and they've have just been waiting for the right time to make the announcement.........which leading into Bathurst with all it's publicity is probably about as good as timing can get.
