    It's more than a few panels that needed updating. There's a lot more different shit going on in the front end. Ze Chermans deemed it too expensive to re engineer I believe. Personally I prefer the old look.

      got to drive around in the uncles (metallic mustard yellow one) for a few months while he was away. Bmw at its brilliant best really, but the smg was a bit clunky at low speeds. Kind of like that raw low rev urgency now I think about it though.

        Do it. No probs with mine however I probably over service it. I use Pelican parts and replaced all suspension bushes. Made a huge difference. Super practical performance sedan.

        Again, DO IT!

        Edit: Forgot to mention I also replaced the diff bushes and coolant reservoir and apparently the plastic gets brittle with age and goes bang with no notice.

        As mentioned earlier, ensure you check for rear subframe cracks. I put 19" E92 M3 wheels on mine. Wider offset really fills out the front wheel arches.

          Mate has an SMG. Seems to be pretty solid. Parts/servicing is typical Euro fare but they don't seem to fall apart so it's bearable.

          Also his is supercharged and has CSL wheels so it skids rather well & looks mint.

                          afaik most rapage comes from labour/stealership haha.. there will be some misc items that arbitrarily cost an arm and a leg though :D
