Max sentence for no license / run from cops?

My mate got this;

28 over - licence lost for a month
Licence back for two weeks, 195 in a 100 zone - confiscation, $800 fine, 12 month loss of licence
6 months later, burnout, evade police, no licence - $800 fine, confiscation
Licence back for 3 days, 110 in a 60 zone, evade police - 2 year suspended sentence, $1400 fine, 5 year loss of licence

Good guy, just doesn't have an off button for this sorta stuff. The 193/60 was about 18 months ago. Dug his own hole was was unlicensed as speeding by a bit, then ran hence got up to warp factor plus evade arrest. Did not get caught so much as got number plate.

For that one he got 8 months to be "served in the community" plus another two years no license plus fines etc.

Ps not justifying any of it. Just saying he's a good guy who just has this 1% of his brain that doesn't function.

And out of interest for those in cars, if you are doing say 60 or 80 on a 1000cc sports bike then 193 is only about 3 seconds away and while not appropriate for area is by no means outside capability of the machine. Shit you can do it in 2nd.

^ That list above is a lot like a mate of mine, in fact he drove home from court after one appearance where his license was suspended for 2 years, later got caught doing burnouts in his E500. Genuine top bloke but has always been a dumb cunt with cars, most recently he has lost his license for 5 years with a suspended sentence. The thought that he will actually go to gaol if he so much as J-walks has set him on the straight and narrow.

Plenty of cars on the road can do 200 in under 10sec with ease.

They dont do 200 through 60 zones*. Those that do, are fuckwits.
