You might do that when going past a speed camera, but definitely not while hooning through tight streets at over double the limit. At least I couldn't anyway.Originally posted by SFort View PostWhat happened to dudes on bikes throwing a foot over your plate in such situations? Thought that was the done thing??

Yes, but not in a 60 zone.Originally posted by bigmuz View PostSome of you anti nanny staters sure do burr up when someone explores the outer limits of freedom.
Anybody with access to a fast bike and a pair of balls has done 250 kays a hundred times. There but for the grace of god etc..

I found it amusing how collegial and jokey he and the cops got once the chase was over and they realised he was an idiot but ultimately harmless.

Yeah he should have stopped to change plates during the pursuitOriginally posted by womblesti View PostI find it amusing he's done all of these offences but didn't go that little bit further and put a bodgy numberplate on it.

I drove to work and uni for one month unlicensed. #yolo hth or whatever I don't see the big crime in it, I knew the risks of getting busted

was in a similar situation myself back in 2007'
had a month to go of a 3 month points loss suspension and let a girl convince me to get the car out of the shed to go pick her brother up from the airport, while cruising towards the Anzac bridge from out west late on a Friday night a Honda Prelude flew past me and i saw red.
By the time i caught up and passed him on the bridge i was doing about 190km/h according to the HWP unit who was hiding at the flyover with a radar gun.
Copped a further nine months off the road. Bit the bullet and sold the Audi A4 i had at the time, been a lot more careful ever since.

The guy sounds like a fuckwit. Hopefully he only harms himself and not some other poor bastard next time he chooses to "express himself" in a heavily built up area...The older i get, the better i was...

I think Pat likes having a little penis.Originally posted by Cal View PostIs that a little penis thing?"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."
