    Cordless impact wrench, Which one.

Im looking at getting myself one of these shortly.

I have used the snapon Snapon 18v my mate has quite a bit and its awesome, but the $700 price is a bit steep.

I like metabo and was eyeing off this Metabo 18v but i have never actually used one before. I have a couple of metabo tools and they are fantastic but being spoilt with the snapon I would like something that is just as good. metabo is around the 500 mark.

I have also heard bosch is good but havent really done any research.

This is for 100% automotive, Home use with a few weeks a year I help out in my mates engine reconditioning business so it would get a work out occasionally.

500 to 550 is the absolute max i want to spend.

    Cheers

    Daniel

Dewalt 18v 1/2 drive from Ebay FTW. I've been using mine for 4yrs now and still a weapon.

I have bought a shitload of Milwaukee tools, but have gone off them lately. Too many coming back busted. Get friendly with your Wurth rep? Its crazy how much off retail we can get on some stuff (We bought a 3/4" impact gun for about 60% of retail).

If you order from the good old US of A they are a lot cheaper, just be aware you may have problems with warranty etc

This has been done before on PF.

Worth is rebadged Milwaukee. Even their rep will tell you that as a sales pitch. He showed me how my Milwaulkee batteries fitted his and vice versa.

Milwaulkee here and very happy. Whips off race wheel nuts in a flash.

                        Cheap on eBay from Geelong.

The batteries fit, drills we have look nothing alike. Have heard that the Wurth grinders are actually Metabo's, but we blow up metabo's on a daily basis - never killed a 5" Wurth one.

This. Mine gets used nearly every day, mates borrow it every weekend and it happily takes a raping.
