So a friend of mine (maybe pics) gets done one morning at a roadside rbt after a big night out beforehand. Blows .06 and is on her p plates.... For one reason or another is able to demand a proper blood analysis at a hospital and officer obliges and sends her on her way. She goes to hospital and has to wait a while but is still within all the time constraints they allow you when you go get a blood test done. Blood test came back at zero.

She seems to think now that she will still lose her license but I'm of the opinion that she has an official test from hospital saying zero so I'd be waving that around in every cunt I coulds face. She had to write a letter saying why she wants to keep her license blah blah but I'm not sure what they want her to do next.

PF lawyer/cop cunts tell me what's next? I'm sick of hearing her being all negative and shit when I don't think she has to

I would look into the time allowance a little bit more, whilst it might be a valid result and with in the time frame allowed, here in NSW they can take how long after the positive result the blood was taken.
Im not sure on the exact rules or time frame allowed, but lets say its 2 hours for the point of this, you have a positive result and get a blood test done and its 90mins after you get the blood taken, and it comes back as 0.049 so it makes you just legal, 90 mins ago you would have been over.

Firstly they have to give you the option of the Blood Analysis.

Depends on how long after the Blood Analysis was done, she could well show Zero, but could easily have been 0.06 at the time of the roadside assessment.

Thing is, though, if the official blood-test result is a 0.0, you can't back-extrapolate anything (damning) from that.

Always best to ask for blood test.

Lucky for her a busy morning, and hence no reading when results back.

0 is 0. Cannot extrapolate anything from 0.

Blood test trumps the roadside, fairly big effort going from 0.06 to 0.00 though, sounds like the equipment might have even been malfunctioning.
On a similar note, I have a friend also (actually!!) who was done for no licence, blew 0.16 and crashed a car, been over 2 years and no court summons, is there a time limit on this shit?
