I just went too get the sunroof looked at and booked in for a service and see why it wouldn't go back, fixed that booked for service the reason the paint is splitting and etc said by the sunroof people is the painter didn't take the glass out and tracks to prep it right, he said the old glue and deal had been painted over leaving some old metal water and cancer there.. Causing the issue, roof is getting pulled out painter is fixing. And rear end re Done also... Goes to show it was a rushed dodgy prep job and a few things missed.
