Depends heavily on if they have to be standard cars or not.

Assuming standard, then E36 M3 3.2/6sp (don't let anyone hear me say that), some type of unnecessarily unnecessary supercar (K'sg or Veyron), C63 or new SL for daily duties & towing (I assume they are rated to tow my supercar for trackdays).

Assuming can be modified, then an R32 GTR or 2JZ Mk3/4 Supra would have to be on the list to take care of the boy-racer in me, I'd probably ditch the M3 to fit this in (as they are just starting to date heavily)... and I'd probably ditch the supercar for a pro-touring twin turbo late 60's Camaro / 58 'Vette & keep the sensible Merc.
