780 cubic inches says who cares what you think.Originally posted by Shifty View PostI don't give a fuck what anyone says, this car is shit-ugly.
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

Following on from the Lamborghini Countach in the early 80s, the Ferrari F40 was my dream car as a kid. I thought it was the most amazing thing in existence when it was released in 1987. I still vividly remember when Scuderia Veloce at Roseville still sold Ferrari they had a shiny new red F40 in the front of the showroom. It made my day every time I would walk past it. I know my parents were very tired of hearing about itOriginally posted by MRMOPARMAN View Postwhats with all the F40 responses? sounds like its time to wiki the things
We had friends with some pretty awesome cars including Countachs, 328 GTS, 911s, 928s etc but none of those stick in my mind like the first time I saw that F40, it was just it for me and in a lot of ways still is.

A mere mortal like myself really wants nothing more than what's in my garage at the moment, but if pushed into a "dream car garage" and only allowed the three.....
997 GT3 RS4.0 (for sundays, tarmac rallies, and track work)
F150 Raptor (Daily/beach hack... on the proviso I could add a bit more grunt)
1970 Hemi 'cuda (weekends and just to sit and look at)
