i split like a quarter or a liter of gasoline in my car cabin yesterday,

Don't drink and drive in future.

Get a spray bottle and mix about 1/3 vanilla essence with water and spray enough over the area to not quite saturate/fuck your carpet and spray lightly around the interior. Repeat once or twice a week for a couple of weeks till gone.

Works for puke etc. as well.
