in Australia, it's always the vans and trucks, equiv p/w ratio shitboxes going in the left lane, in order to merge a few cars higher up front then proceed to go below the speed limit and hold everyone up.
Etiquette is non-existent.

I'll let ppl merge but if I see some tard that is in the right hand lane jump into the left to undertake a bunch of cars and subsequently cut back in causing everyone to jam on the brakes then yes I'll happily block them and not allow them to enter the right lane again. If they weren't a muppet they wouldn't be in the position they are in the first place. Same goes for pricks who won't wait in line to enter an exit or turn right at a set of lights and think they are smart by firing up the left lane and cutting in right at the front of the lights.
