Any type would give more reproducible results for the people who actually buy the cars, but lets say a hub dyno for better accuracy

Mustang apparently failed Police trials because of overheating gearbox.

Not sure if one off incident or a sign of things to come... considering these have been out some time in USA and have not heard of faulty gearbag issues.

From what I've read around the place it's not the first time the new Mustang has failed during a Police test. The Michigan State Police had one during their annual tests and it apparently suffered a few, undisclosed, issues. There was a comment that the Ford PI Ecoboost was actually quicker around the test track than the Mustang, no times provided for the 'stang since it wasn't officially on test.

well over $10k there's $10k+ just in turbo, wastegates, BOV, eBoost2 and Plazmaman cooler. An exhaust for the Mustang runs around $4-$5k alone.
