Bought a scooter. Pretty sure this is the first year since I was 13 that I didn't get another car.

Put a bigger engine in the LJ80v, did a disc brake conversion and a few other things. Fuck student budgets suck. Engine I put in is kinda fucked (low comp on cyl 1 and blows smoke) so I gotta pull that back out and rebuild it. Might finish my Sierra engine rebuild before the end of the year if I can sort a head out for it.

Ok. Car and bike dramas werel isted on the previous page. Motorsport attended- went to the southwick and unadilla mx nationals and raced the amateur days at the dilla race. I raced the masters of mini with the pitbikes and won 3rd in the poorboy/stock 50 over the course of the series.

Cars- owning a jeep was limited to spectating only went to lime rock park for the american lemans. Met Jan Magnussen. Saw the grandam 6h at watkins glen.

Drove down to PA to see the susquehannock trail rally and met brendan reeves who kicked arse in a 2wd and ended up winning the series for 2wd. Also ended up sitting in the silly seat of an R2 fiesta for a few short laps of a track with tim o'neil at the helm and won a fiesta rally day at team o'neil in new hampshire i am taking in march.

Could have been a worse year despite only having the jeep.

Fixed everyone else's shit
Pulled apart the busted arse HK ute for chev insertion. Still sitting in the corner of the shop

Porsche got a new clutch and some oil leaks fixed and fuck all else. Won my class and capacity at the SM1000 in it which got me two trophies.
Daily road car was a mazda 626 Ubiquitous-spec which I got bored/pissed off with and traded it in on an LS1 Adventra. I didn't even ask for a trde in price. Walked into the local lot that had the car I wanted and said "I have this much to spend, I want that Adventra and I do not want that mazda. Yes or no." They said yes and I left with it.
Done fuck all to it except a MAFless tune by Dale and have done 15,000k's in 4 months. Fucking love it. Best car I have owned in a long time.

No other changes in my car world.

Engine crane with load leveller (bye bye block & tackle w00t :D)
Supercrap but decent quality roll cab/tool kit to replace the 5 year old even crappier one I had.
Another 20v 4AGE, then a few weeks later a smallport with T28, 440cc injectors, Sprint 500 etc etc.
Imported a set of SSR reverse mesh through Jesse Streeter and refurbed them with the help of Barrel Bros (PF cunt plug https://www.facebook.com/BarrelBros). Didn't end up being as cheap as I expected but they should hold their value if not appreciate a bit.
Stripped my 71, edged out the doors and painted under the boot and bonnet.
Engine out, bay painted, engine back in and running.
Did the rust on one of the guards, prick of a job. Still got the other side and another few small spots left. Stalled for now until I buy a house early next year :knock:

2x tracknights on the supermoto and a shitload of social group rides. Crashed twice on the track (wet) and once on the street chasing a much quicker mate and had a bit of target fixation, lesson learned.

One neg riding fine for splitting/filtering on the M4 east bound just before the Church St off ramp. Took it to court thinking I'd plead not guilty, looked up the legislation etc and worked out I had no real chance off getting off, plead guilty, very sorry, won't do it again etc, end result was $50 better off financially but a day wasted in court. Put it down as it an educational experience

Drove: G6ET and XR6T manual both owned a by a mate. Got the XR6T manual now, sweet car. Love it heaps.
Also sat in an idling car while our baby slept way too much. Great that he sleeps so soundly, but fuck me its a huge waste of petrol and not great for the car!
