Juke has only been out in oz for like 2-3 months, if that.Originally posted by rj_astra View PostThe other problem with the Juke is that its been on the market for 3yrs+... it must be due for a new model.
All the small CUVs have rather insipid drivetrains as standard (EcoSport, Juke, and Trax). Does the nopics need a manual or auto? If an auto you best stay away from ALL of the above suggestions.
Can you wait for the 2014 Kia Soul?
For the mrs its going to be an auto, she can drive a manual, but she will want the auto.
As for the new soul, yeah, nah... its ok, but im not thinking the korean badge will go down with herI am a retarded 747 captain who now sells waterslides in Perth.

i dont think anyone cares that its been out for years overseas because how they drive isnt critical to them selling
i think they're all ok cars in the end but moreso under the $25k line, over $30k one wonders why?Originally posted by boxxx

Isn't the absolute top of the range model available with turbo and that hideous CVT? = 35k+ On road. You can get a Renault Clio RS200 EDC (same engine) on road for less. What's the world coming to?Originally posted by Dave Gahan View PostFor the mrs its going to be an auto, she can drive a manual, but she will want the auto.

Forgive me if my memory is poor, but wasn't the problem with shifting the Tiida here that it was ugly?WWPBD

It had a dual problem; it made a Vitara feel sophisticated to drive, and it was ugly.Originally posted by CXTdreamer View PostForgive me if my memory is poor, but wasn't the problem with shifting the Tiida here that it was ugly?
Juke is considered more "funky" than "ugly" by non-conservatives, though, whole different bucket of unattractivess.Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.
