How about a ghetto DIY calibration? Put the socket end in a vice and hang a known weight at various distances out from the pivot and see when it clicks.

Torque wrench calibration...who does it?

That would be a way to measure the wrench, although you can buy torque checkers relatively cheap nothing compared to the calibrater's equipment.
