Sorry to be rude but I won't watch or listen to much electric car stuff. I've been playing around with rc gear for ages there are quite a few relatives involved in electric stuff. I once had a charade at work that was converted. So after I saw that as a first year I decided my rc boats scale speed scaled up into a car would shut all my bogan mates up.

I spent a few weeks on the net and priced the main components I was looking at a Siemens motor worth 50k on its own lol the whole project would've cost 300k. The motor was 500kw dc tesla is still at like 100kw.

So until some one makes a 500kw electric car I have not one shred of interest.

This is just my experience and I thought I would share as it still gets on my nerves when people try to tell me about this stuff when I frothed my self out all those years ago.

Sorry guys I was just expressing my point of view on electric cars. I knew no one would like it but its my point of view. Grow up kids I was sharing the other end of the spectrum and not once did I say the guys did a bad job they need t hear stuff like what I posted to learn more about the people that watch their shows.

When I start saying vids are shit then gang attack me but I'm making a expression for all to judge not lynch me FFS.

Also as I only have 2c to my name I quickly realised that I could not afford an electric car but I looked at what could be done and still has not been done..... hinting at what some one else could do with that sort of money.

I was hoping there would be some episodes on the electric car. You mentioned it in an episode at one point I think. I'd love to build a small car or bike for commuting to work. I currently have an electric pushy, but that's it so far. Hopefully I can watch them soon. I haven't even gotten through the E85 one yet.

Sorry for all this mate I just wanted to express my opinion on a subject that usually gets shot down with V8's are better and the reasons behind my dislike in any new vids on electric cars from any source.

But I hope you change some peoples mind for the better. I'll go back to getting torn apart here for others amusement.

Electric pushies are a big DIY thing and there's a surprising amount to learn about making a good one
