Rear floor is totally different, we're a week or two ahead currently so there's some buffer in case something breaks. Should be a new Ep up by end of the weekend or so.

I was thinking it would be totally different at the rear. Is this thing going to be built as a street car? Would be interesting to see how you get it engineered if so.

More excited for this than I've been for an MCM build in a while. Not saying your other stuff has been bad, it's just that this is so awesome!

it really depends on how mumbled it is, I let the odd "shit" go around mine, then tell them I said "Sit" because I wanted them to sit down, etc.

if it's a mumbledcunt no biggie, but if it's keep yer dick in a vice with uncle bumblefuck that isn't going to pass muster.

Is it possible to 'disable' the front diff in the Mira and run it as a RWD?

Dale is a very smart chap, with excellent control over c bombs when required.

Just going to make car as good as possible, no shortcuts on important stuff like rust removal and mounting things etc. there will be heaps of documentation of the build to see if it can be engineered, so hopefully it can. It will be identical to factory car when we're done, then make it go faster later if possible.

Could go rear diff only but it's tiiiiinnnyyy

This has epic written all over it. Daihatsu turbo's are so much fun to drive.

But does the AWD take the fun out like a large mate in the back seat would?

Edit for explanation :- Audi front wheel drive is fun but the Quattro setup adds so much weight it kills it. Is it the same with the AWD Mira?

Marty, have you considered an MCM blog where you can go into more detail about why certain parts were used or decisions made in the episode? You tube for the entertainment, blog for the technicals. Could give alternate advertising streams as well as providing a big bucket of keywords to attract new viewers.
