EZ36 would be easier to fit into liberty, than into a camry.

The ecu stuff would probably be harder than turbo for the average gronk.
It wouldn't be cost effective to fit an NA EZ36 to an old shitter, it wouldn't make enough power to warrant the outlay. You can buy a Gen 4 6 speed EZ30 car for under 10k, e85, headers and tune will give similiar results for less money and a far better car.

There is one here for sale for $14k with pedders coilovers, work wheels, headers and dual tune. 145k. Full leather, sunroof, all the usual shiz. Make about 150kw atw on E85.
