Think my message might of got lost in the above. If you were ignoring on purpose though, please continue to ignore.
I have a question about the diff pinion flange swap please. It looked like you just undid the flange with a rattle and put it straight on the other diff again with a rattle gun.
Do you need to put a new crush sleeve in, or measure the pinion depth/pinion preload etc.? Or is that just the whole internet torque setting debate all over again? I.E. Can you get away by just making it tight?

It's no problem changing the pinion flange on subaru Hitachi diffs, they have preset pinion depth and load. Have done it thousands of times.David Fraser - Automotive Historian!
