                  I continue to be impressed with this series, Gen 4 will make a super daily and it was cool to hear some of the decision making process behind the choices of which gen suspension components to use. Love to know what car Al put the R230 and Z32 gear into, common sense is making me think Cracka's V12TT would probably have needed a tough rear end.

                  The CNC end tanks were interesting to see, its like a huge version of the mills that we get crowns and bridges made on, only because its scaled up so much you can actually see what its doing

                      Correct. R230 into Gen3 subframe, which carries over to Gen4.
                      It was a big bitch. It is still running, now has a 2J in the front.

                        Genuinely shocked by the CNC end tanks. Can not believe that is a cost effective way to build them, but I guess if you're doing huge volumes then the time savings could be worth it. Especially if you have some kind of return agreement for all the swarf!!

                          It's a baller way to build them and they won't split with 60psi going through them. Intercooler is a seriously nice bit of kit with some trade secrets not shown on vid. The hydroformer is also very cool.

                                Yeh surely 60psi on what was otherwise a low boost high comp factory motor setup is going to work wonders.
