I remember everyone doing the air filter flip in year 12!

I did the filter flip on my first race car. Basically old series production rules. Everyone did it or you weren't part of the cool gang....

Damn you! I genuinely have a 40/70 cam and a ram flo in my Mini. In my defense if was the only filter that fits between the Weber and the firewall.

I had ram-flo filters on my 18R-G back when it still had sidedraughts carbs, until one day it backfired and they went up in flames, nearly taking the whole car with them.

              Man I miss having carburettors.

This is obviously assuming all your AUX outputs are doing something. Ie idle control, and the other does water spray, and the other updates your Instagram automatically etc.

I get that some of you are going for the Isuzu purity angle, and I can understand why, but who the fuck wants a diesel Gemini?!

PF: Yea, you should definitely go and see movie A. It’s great. Yea, naw, you wanna go and see movie B. Naw, go and see movie C, movie B has teh gay. No, my mate saw movie B and said it was good. Go and see it in cinema B though as entry is only $80. Well, movie A is only $20 to see and it’s 8 hours long so you get your money’s worth.

Me: I might actually go and see the movie that I find interesting, but cheers.
You're right, there's no place on PF for a discussion about what engine to put in a project car, when the owner appears not to have firm plans...

The cleaning process for a ram flo always amuses me. First rinse it in turps, which is of course highly flammable, then let it dry and spray it in flame retardant. And hope you got the balance of the two right and it doesn't burn your car to the ground.

If not you end up with this:
                          Chris

                          The new nugget

I'd go RB26 with full AWD drivetrain swap... dead easy swap and will chop everything.
