It's very common for people involved in a fatal accident that survive not to be charged with any crime.

If a person walks out in front of a truck on a freeway and they get run over, the truck driver will generally not be charged. If a driver falls asleep at the wheel and kills themselves by running in to another car, the driver of that other car will not be charged.

You see the similarity with a dumb kid walking out on to a race track and getting himself killed now?

To a small degree I agree with you but in this case we don't know all the evidence that was available to the Grand Jury. The OJ.Simpson case was an aberration, pretty well everyone agrees with that. No matter what justice system is in place, or where it is, the rich and powerful will have an advantage but don't forget that in the US there are plenty of those sorts of people who go down. It's good to be passionate about justice but it can be hard for anyone who has not heard everything relevant to form a fair opinion. That's just the way it is.
