Has Tony Stewart just committed murder on a race track?

From vid I saw it looked like hundreds of other racing incidents where the drive gets out and yells at the opponent but they just got to close. I don't believe Stewart ment to kill him but he did blip the throttle and steer towards him, you see Stewarts car move up the track. To much ego on both sides ended up in a trajic loss of life that will affect lots of people.

It moved up the track after it hit him. I'd say because old mate went under the wheel, there for no traction and the inner wheel drove it up towards the fence.

Under power yes, but why would you be under power if someone was right there? Onboard vid would be the only way to tell what really went on at that moment. Some people saying he tried to jump out of the way, some saying he tried to jump onto Stewarts car, the vids I have seen don't show the right angle.

It is a good read indeed.
The point he made about steering with the throttle is important. That big wheel on the outside turns the car...

Anyone who jumps straight to the conclusion that Tony Stewart deliberately drove over this kid to show off is fucked in the head. He's a rowdy racer, for sure, but show me a top level NASCAR driver that isn't?
