Nope, chamber shaped to minimize swirl!
Swirl wastes energy, with an inline valve engine there is always plenty of swirl, you want to keep it to a minimum & hold that inertia in the charge.
Have a look at the shape & imagine the valve opening - look at the area between the valve and the chamber compared to the area between the valve & the seat ad the valve opens.

chamber pressure recovery - space between the valve and head shape approximates aventuri as valve liftss - thus maximising chamber pressure recovery via a better co efficent of discharge and hence cylinder filling
vertical valves are bettr as more wall around the circumfernec of valve - rather than a wedge/ inclined 2 valve which loses the wall on the narrow wedge end.
vertical valves also give better centralised compact chamber and adequate squish ( than inclined 2 valves) for better burn
hmmm - kewpie doll for me ?

With a 4 valve pentroof head swirl is almost non-existant, if you can promote a little swirl it's a good thing.
But we're talking inline 2V heads here, due to the intake valve sitting against the side of the bore there is always plenty of swirl, more than you want.
Better that energy is used to keep the charge following the piston down the bore, rather than swirling around at the top of the bore & impeding incoming charge.
