I think what we can say with confidence is that a faster car will beat a slower car in a drag race.

My M140i experience has so far let me come to the conclusion that the winner of most drag light races is a) the one with the stealthiest car, b) the one with the most points on their licence and c) the one who had the worst day at work.

Up to 60-80km in cars that all do sub 5.0 to 100km/hr it's down to reflexes and a willingness to make the noise required to win.

it's too fast to use on the road responsibly now it's got more shove than a V8 supercar and none of the safety features. I keep picturing dead guys in the Porsche at QR. if it was confined to enjoying on a track, I'd rather do that in a radical.

and the way things are going with them I can't afford to bin it uninsured.

The same 997 Carrera S manual on three separate occasions...we have the same commute and often line up on a two lane hwy onramp.

I don't know why it's such a struggle to believe, they have the same power, 70nm less torque and weigh the same. I have a photo of it somewhere that I threw in a group chat (with caption "round 3") but CBF finding it, imagine a black 997 Carrera S and you'll get the picture.

Already have a list of small defects that I'll keep going over and take it back to them... it's what they wanted me to do, to make sure I was 100% happy with it.

The colour match is perfect, so thats the main thing!

The convenient lack of a model number in initial claim post is what raised questions

Pretty different to the turbo one which is a second or so faster to 100kph, which makes the claim unbelievable

Non-turbo Carrera..not exactly known for being fast

In our system (ppg) it’s a 3 layer and has fuck all actual pearl in the top layer, colour is a piss easy match.

He did loser flyby me the first two times and the cunt is insane - didn't lift over the gateway bridge until he was out of sight!

lose flyby = you only stay on the gas until you pass the winner of the race that has pussied out and backed off

hero flyby = you keep it pinned until you disappear over the horizon because the race isn't over, the other guy just got scared he was going to fast and stopped
