I am currently unhappily employed in Brisbane city as a Sales and Service Consultant. It's a pretty cushy job and pays well for unskilled work. I really enjoy the hours (40 hrs/week any time between 7am-9pm 7 days), but at the end of the day I have no job satisfaction and no real chance of advancing my career.

I have an IT background and would be interested to get back into it, however I have no desire to return to study (I have done some TAFE and professional study, but no Uni degree) to achieve this. I also do not wish to take a pay cut unless it leaves me with good prospects for advancement... so really I'm after the perfect job.

If anyone wants to pay a very committed, fast learning, hard working and honest person a reasonable wage in anything other than a call centre job, I would be willing to try my hand at anything!

I really like your work Q. I always wanted to be an architect but never got around to it - so just drew plans in the spare time. I'd really love to be able to design something like a house and make it come real.

Only build what you need !
You can have all the gear you want
- home theatre
- place for warming food
- impressive bedroom, with ensuite and spa
- 4 car garage / workshop.
------>> all for small $$$

When you find a permanent women, build stage 2.
When you have bigger income, and kids on the way build stage 3.

They just have to be designed properly in the first place.....
