Story for all several people

- make contact
- pay upfront of sizeable deposit (yes, fucking stupid move)
- trailer not supplied
- raise issue with him, not reply
- raise issue online, get threats of physical violence

In the last case, owner of the forum was threatened then promised the trailer would be supplied - that was 6 weeks ago.

This is just a friendly warning to avoid the following company - and I am sincerely hoping that PF will do its thing to ENSURE this is indexed by google as that would be most damaging to this rip off merchant.

Did I spy another forum, albeit from some time ago with a similar warning about the WA trailer guy, aka Brent Bosustow from Bosustow Trailers in Jandakot who takes money but does not supply trailers?

Based on the facts presented I would give Bosustow trailers one out of five stars. One star being most fraud and five being least.

brent from bosustow sales/bosustow trailer/bosustow commercial owes me $1,500 as of 4/4/2019. I put a deposit down on the 12/Oct/2018. I won't go into details but brent agreed to give me a refund of my deposit on the 8/Jan/2019 (See full size email https://imgur.com/apEqyLm)



As of 4/4/2019 I still have not received my deposit nor have I ever received any goods.

I have contacted brent several times with regards to this matter, to date I have received no response. Consumer Affairs have been made aware of the situation. See the Interim Report from them (See full size https://imgur.com/qm0ry7g)

From this Report it looks like brent is trying to avoid all contact:

"Having regard to the above circumstances, it appears that Mr Bostustow is avoiding contact with our office and is unwilling to discuss as to when you will be refunded your deposit."

WA - a warning re Bosustow Trailers

It’s been four years now since I first heard of Bosustow Trailers taking money from people and not delivering a trailer in return. Nothing seems to have changed as this still appears to be happening.

Asking for a thread to be taken down even though people still are having problems with this guy is not right.

As of 04/04/2019 there has been no resolution. The attached email trail is as a result of my last post. As you can see brent from bosustow sales/bosustow trailer/bosustow commercial will only return my deposit if I remove my post. I am not surprised by the response I have received. I beleive several people have gone to Bosustow Trailers in the past to confront Brent Bosustow and request a refund only to be verbally threatened with physical violence.

I remember 4 years ago I jumped on the PF bandwagon and trolled him only to receive late night threatening phone calls and text messages. Was quite amusing really.
