    momo race

my girlie has bought me a momo race for christmas and birthday cumin up on sunday.

she has bought the 350mm .
now i dont know if i should swap it for a 320mm.

it goin on the 808 so i am wondering about how each is gonna feel steering wise whether 320 is too direct etc

also i dont want it to cover the gauges

just wanna know what you cats think

I personally like the feel of a smaller diameter wheel however, you may want to check the legalities of fitting the 320mm.

The only non-power-steering car I drove with a dinky little wheel, a Mk1 Escort, was nicer with the bigger wheel, IMHO. I s'pose you get used to it, though. Wheels are easy to get on & off; anyone over there with a similar-aged Mazda you could have a Christmas Eve lunch with & just try their dinky wheel?
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.

In QLD (where I am from ) that size wheel is far from legal!

Check out what the legislation is re. steering wheel sizes (etc) and go with what ever feels best. A 320mm wheel I once had a go of in a AE8x twin cam with a decent amount of suspension mod's felt like a little gokart to drive ... but not sure that I could live with it for more than a thrash around the block.

yeah the mazda feels a little go karty at the moment, due to the suspension mods, and that is with the stock wheel.

ill think i will stick with the 350mm
