    Fiat 131 mk. 3 Headlights

    Hi everyone,
I was wanting to know if anyway can help me source a set of Fiat 131 Super brava mk. 3 headlights. They are the twin round design from the 1983' models onwards.

Anyway where in Brisbane would be preferable but otherwise around Australia would be fine.

    Thank you in advance.

If you do not want to talk about it on this board, feel free to PM or e-mail me.

    Cheers,
    Matt

Mal Ditchman in Woolongabba may be able to put you on to a set.

Either that or the Yellow pages does have a few FIAT specific wreckers listed. Come to think of it, Morningside has one, Breaky Creek area has a Euro wrecker and a FIAT spares place, Avante Spares (?) in Buranda as well there is a FIAT specific spare parts shop, next to House of M.G.

Either that or PM Guido or T-Bass as they know their FIAT's, and T-Bass has an ex targa 131

    Cheers

what about APF? (Always Prefer Fiats)

they've got alot of Fiats, and i'm sure he'll hook you up with a set.

he also has an Abarth too.

Correct me if I am wrong,... but aren't they standard off the shelf size round headlamps?

Yep the actual light would be, the cradle/carrier, which tends to break would be FIAT specific obviously

As in a genuine 131 Abarth?!? Now THAT would be an old-skool car I wouldn't mind buying........

Give JR a call at Italia Spares on 3847 9999. They used to be next to House of MG in Buranda but are now at 26 Gladys St Stones Corner. If they dont have them, try APF Motors on 3865 4914. If you still cant find a set you could join the Fiat Car Club of Qld (if you're not already a member) and put a wanted add in their mag.

Just another thought. Italia Spares has a for sale/wanted board you could put your details on. Most Fiat people have a shed full of spares and a wife wanting to get rid of them so it could be worth a try
