All those relaxing suggestions work for small amounts of stress, and hitting a boxing bag doesn't work at all (because it is designed to be hit - so it does not relieve any stress) my suggestion is to break something, maybe even whilst doing something relaxing.
i.e. drink and break stuff, but you don't drink so go on a holiday and break stuff or just stay at home and break stuff. But remember when people comment on the breaking of stuff just have a really cheesy grin and say you needed it.
One hint would be break something replaceable, ie door, cat or a house.
And don't get the wrong idea I am not a person to break stuff, so I don't know if it works for sure but sounds logical to me. ???
